• Heavy-Duty Webbing (25 mm): We use a 25 mm high-density Nylon webbing. To give you an idea, this type of webbing has a nominal breaking strength that can exceed 400 kg (approx. 880 lbs). Over-engineered? Maybe. Indestructible? Absolutely.
• Utility Cord (4 mm): Polyester cord with a 4 mm Paracord core. This is the outdoor industry standard: a single cord of this type is rated to hold up to 249 kg (550 lbs). You probably won't be hanging an anchor from it, but rest assured, it will never snap.
• Zippers & Components: Self-lubricating nylon zippers with reinforced sliders, tested to guarantee over 10,000 opening/closing cycles without snagging.
• Stitching: Crafted with high-tenacity bonded polyester thread, resistant to UV rays and abrasion.
